| Teaching of Second Chamber |
When we look back at the history of the planet, we cannot help but marvel at the countless number of Temples and Sanctuaries built by the various Civilizations: the Egyptian, Maya and Aztec Pyramids, the Hindu Temples like the Taj-Mahal, the Greek Temples, the Buddhist Sanctuaries, the Gothic Cathedrals, Stonehenge, the places of prayer in Nature, the village of Machu Pichu... All these holy places bear witness to the spiritual greatness of the men and women of all ages and cultures.
These sacred Temples and Sanctuaries have always been places of adoration and piety where people have, since the beginning of time, celebrated the Glory of the Divine and given Grace to the marvels of Creation. In this way, human beings have communed with natural and divine Forces and Energies in order to have them penetrate our world for the benefit of each and everyone.
As the synthesis of the utmost spiritual aspirations of humanity, Gnosis has nowadays inherited from this Tradition. In fact, thanks to the efforts of Samael Aun Weor, modern Gnosis has recovered from the Past the mystical practices common to all the great Civilizations. These are the practices of Second Chamber and are reserved to those desirous of deepening their experience of the Way.

In 1976, the Venerable Samael Aun Weor unified in a single book, for Gnosis and for Gnostics, all the Esoteric Practices of Second Chamber under the form of transcendental liturgical Offices. At last, this great Master restored the Liturgy and Offices of the past, as these were enacted in the Temples of antiquity, but this time transmitting the Synthesis, common to all the great People that came to pass.
For the first time in the world since the writing of this extraordinary Book, the International Gnostic Movement uses the original version in its unabridged form. This is of utmost importance due to the fact that all the great Traditions and Religions have fallen beginning from the moment when individuals have altered the original and impersonal Message of its Founders.
We therefore invite all true seekers to discover the wealth of mysticism, piety, and devotion that has been handed down to us from the grand Masters of all Times. |
